Qualification:

1. Graduate in B. Com / B.Sc) / Diploma or certification in Material Management /
Inventory Control / MBA in Supply Chain Management. Good working knowledge of ERP software (Odoo/SAP) and MS Office
2. Minimum 2-6 years of experience in Store Operations, preferably in manufacturing,
pharmaceutical, or food industry

Job Responsibilities:

o Manage receipt, GRN, storage, and issuance of Raw Material (RM), Packing Material (PM), Semi-Finished (SF), and Finished Goods (FG)
o Maintain accurate records of stock through ERP/Odoo system
o Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment
o Ensure proper labeling and stacking of materials as per category, Location
o Ensure FIFO (First-In-First-Out) & FEFO (First-Expired-First-Out) systems are followed
o Maintain hygiene and housekeeping standards in the store areas
o Work closely with Production, Purchase, Quality, and Accounts for seamless store operations
o Timely issuing material to production
o General Item Inventory control
o Stock taking on interval to verifying inventory

Key Skill

1. Strong knowledge of store operations and warehouse management  Familiarity with safety and material handling procedures
2. Good communication and leadership skills
3. Proficient in Excel, Inventory software (Odoo/ ERP)  General awareness of handling chemicals, food products
