Experience – Having experience 4-6 years
Job Description –
- To oversee whole shift operation and work management
- Maintain work as per GMP and implementing safety
- Experience on APIs, phytochemical, reaction monitoring & herbal extraction
- Manpower handling, production planning and RM planning
- Process control, maintaining CCPs and following SOPs
- Monitoring process, Data preparation& yield monitoring
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and following schedules
- Training to the downlines for better product efficiency and safety
- Must have Problem-solving skills
