Reports To: R & D Manager.
Location: Pithampur, Indore.

Skills & Qualification: Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Science or Food Technology.
Knowledge of Quality Control Procedure , Pharmacopeia , Handling and Operation of QC
lab instruments. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to analyse
complex problems and develop creative solutions. Ability to work effectively with cross-
functional teams. Ability to adapt to changing priorities, timelines, and technologies.
Ability to think outside the box and drive innovation.
Desired Experience : 2+ years of experience in herbal extraction field or pharma or food
industry.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee R&D projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and within-
budget delivery.
2. Lead and manage cross-functional R&D teams, providing guidance and support.
3. Develop and implement research plans, aligning with organizational goals and
objectives.
4. Identify and develop new opportunities for innovation and growth.
5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors to advance
R&D projects.
