Education :- Bachelor degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacognosy, or related field
(Master’s preferred).
Experience :- 8 years & Above.
Key Skills :- Knowledge of herbal product regulations and quality standards.
Strong leadership and communication skills. Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities:
● Implement and maintain GMP standards to uphold product quality and regulatory
compliance.
● Utilize technology systems like ERP software and Iot devices for streamlined operations
and continuous improvement.
● Lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational objectives and manage resources
effectively.
● Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization and
innovation.
● Monitor KPIs to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
● Develop strategic plans to align operations with company goals.
