Department: Production / Herbal Processing
Reports To: Plant Supervisor / Shift In-charge
Work Location: Pithampur, Indore.
Job Type: Full-time / Shift Basis

Skills Required: Basic understanding of factory work, physically fit, capable of standing long hours and
lifting loads, Team player with a positive attitude, ability to follow basic instructions
(verbal/written).

Educational Qualification: Minimum: 10th / 12th / ITI.

Experience: Fresher or 2 years in any herbal extraction /pharma/chemical processing unit.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist senior staff in herbal extraction processes.
2. Help in loading/unloading raw herbs and materials
3. Clean and prepare machinery, utensils, and work area.
4. Support during grinding, soaking, filtration, and packing stages.
5. Follow hygiene and safety protocols (GMP, SOPs).
6. Dispose of waste materials in a clean and safe manner.
7. Carry out other tasks as directed by supervisors.
